I went to IFC Lane Crawford for the Vogue Fashion's Night Out 2013 last Friday! The whole party was held with great success in all three Lane Crawford stores in Hong Kong. Music, impulsive shopping and fashionistas were married together harmoniously and glamorously that night.
Cool kids go to party after school so we kicked off our journey in HKU Students Residential College.
Hardworking crew / press / paparazzi / whatever you bestow them.
The Bumbys was one of the highlights of the night. Are you brave enough to stand in front of Gill and Jill Bumby's makeshift table? Anonymous New York performance artists Gill & Jill Bumby provide “Fair and Honest Appraisals of Your Appearance” with nothing more than their manual typewriters and charming wit. It's as simple as it sounds– you stand front and center and they type you a personalized assessment of what they think your look says about you.
VOGUE FNO & MOUSTACHE BAR: Moustache is all about reinterpreting the Hong Kong tailor shop for the 21st century. Borrowing from classic English and Italian tailoring – Moustache offers high quality, hand stitched garments designed and cut by founder and tailor Ellis Kreuger.
I enjoyed these complimentary macarons sponsored by sift Desserts. I have only tried Paul Lafayet's macarons. sift Desserts's are tad bit better :)
Receive a complimentary print with the latest in retro-style photography, the Impossible Instant Lab. I know many can only get one instant photo for group picture. Thank you Lane Crawford crew member, the one wearing glasses but not Augustine Wong :P
The party was wonderful, me and my friend enjoyed ourselves throughout the night. We left at around 9ish and head to Sheung Wan for drinking. I felt so regretful for not rather sneaking into ARMANI / PRIVE but we walked up to Sheung Wan :/ What's even ridiculous was that we walked back to Lan Kwai Fong for clubbing afterwards ...
I really need a car. I want McLaren. *ohh not yet bedtime, too early to dream*
